No. Your profile page is live from the day you sign up: your name, your categories, the showcases you have sent, and a button that opens a chat. On Studio it moves to your own domain, and on Studio Pro it becomes a full site — categories, an About page, unlimited collections. All of it is built from galleries you have already delivered, so there is no second library to keep up to date.

Only from photos your clients approved. When you deliver a gallery, clients tick the photos you may use. Those are the only ones you can pick from. Nothing else leaves the gallery.

On Free, every gallery stays live for 14 days. On Studio you choose 30, 90 or 365 days; on Studio Pro your galleries can stay up forever. An expired gallery is never a dead link — the page, its selections and the preview images stay. On Free, the full-resolution downloads are cleared about a month after expiry; on a paid plan nothing is deleted while you are subscribed. You always keep your own originals.

Anyone you send it to — that is what makes sharing work, and it means a link your client forwards on will open too. You decide the rest per gallery: a passcode, an expiry date, a watermark, and whether downloads are allowed at all.

Nobody browses them. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and there is no screen inside Gallorie that lists a studio’s photographs — support never opens a gallery to help you. Access to the servers exists so we can recover from an outage, and it sits with the smallest number of people possible. We never sell your work, use it to advertise Gallorie without asking you first, or use it to train any model.

No. Gallorie is a subscription billed to you. What you charge your clients, and how you collect it, stays between you and them.
