Who pays — me or my clients?
You do. Studio is one flat monthly rate billed to you, in ringgit. Your clients never see a Gallorie charge — the gallery reads as yours, end to end.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. You drop back to Free; any galleries beyond the Free plan pause to a private “contact your photographer” page and come straight back the moment you resubscribe.
How long do my galleries stay live?
On Free, every gallery stays live for 14 days; on Studio you choose — 30 days, 90, or never. After a gallery expires, your gallery, its selections, and the preview images stay — but the full-resolution downloads are cleared about a month later. You always keep your own originals.
Can anyone at Gallorie see my photos?
Nobody browses them. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and there is no screen inside Gallorie that lists a studio’s photographs — support never opens a gallery to help you. Access to the servers exists so we can recover from an outage, and it sits with the smallest number of people possible. We never sell your work, use it to advertise Gallorie without asking you first, or use it to train any model.
Who can open a gallery link?
Anyone you send it to — that is what makes sharing work, and it means a link your client forwards on will open too. You decide the rest per gallery: a passcode, an expiry date, a watermark, and whether downloads are allowed at all.
